2010 Reservation Policy:
All Rates are subject to change at any time due to the economy, as we can not forecast the unfortunate. We will honor ALL reservations made with the rates listed above, through 2010. Special discounts do apply, but be sure to ask if any specials are running, as a discount will not apply to a Seasonal Rate.

Monthly rate includes: Water, sewer, and basic cable TV. Monthly residents will be billed separately for electricity and tax. Phones lines are available upon request and residents will be billed separately for telephone calls.
Weekly rate includes: Water, sewer, electricity, and basic cable TV. Phone lines are available upon request and charged accordingly. Taxes will be billed in addition to the rate.
Daily rate includes: Water, sewer, electricity, and basic cable TV. Phone lines are available upon request and charged accordingly. Taxes will be billed in addition to the daily rate.

Note: Reservations are essential during January, February, and March.
Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed with 48-hour cancellation notice for daily reservations. For Weekly rate, there will be no refunds for early departure. If early departure does occur, rate will be pro-rated to a daily rate for the length of stay. For reservations of one month or more, full refund of your reservation deposit (first and last) will be given for cancellations made sixty (60) days in advance of original arrival date. Cancellation notification is defined as notifying the resort of intent to cancel by a phone call or written communication. Cancellations must be confirmed by Beaudry RV Resort in writing or they will not be officially cancelled.
