General Information
Monthly rate includes: Water, sewer, and basic cable TV. Monthly residents will be billed separately for electricity and tax. Phones lines are available upon request and residents will be billed separately for telephone calls.
Weekly rate includes: Water, sewer, electricity, and basic cable TV. Phone lines are available upon request and charged accordingly. Taxes will be billed in addition to the rate.
Daily rate includes: Water, sewer, electricity, and basic cable TV. Phone lines are available upon request and charged accordingly. Taxes will be billed in addition to the daily rate.
Note: Reservations are essential during January, February, and March.

Cancellation and Other Policies |

All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card to
hold a space more than 24 hours.
We do not assign or hold a specific site or type of site. We will make every effort to accommodate your wishes, however, we DO NOT guarantee or promise that they will be met. |
Daily: |
Reservation must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to
reserved date to avoid being charged one night rental plus
tax on the credit card.
